The St. Paul Care Team…
…is designed to help people deal with life’s struggles. The center of our care model is the hope and peace we have in Jesus Christ. Our team is made up of trained staff and volunteers to aid with spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical needs. When appropriate and necessary we can assist with referrals and partner with outside wellness professionals.
Some areas the Care Team can help with are:
• Peer to peer support
• Hospitalization vitiations
• Grief and loss support
• Financial assistance
• Spiritual care
• Marital and family support
• Substance abuse counseling
The St. Paul Care Team members are: Pastor Dave, Roxanna Johnson, Michael Cruz, and Deaconess Claire. When a need arises please inform one of them or fill out the request form below. Please know that your privacy will be honored.
